Scarlett’s journey began in the corporate business world, but her lifelong love of design and home soon guided her toward a more creative path. After gaining valuable experience with a local design firm, she saw an opportunity to blend her business acumen with her passion for interiors. In 2015, she founded The Mix Interiors — her dream venture — built on the belief that beautiful, meaningful spaces come to life through both artistry and intention.

Business Manager
Katie is the organizational backbone of The Mix Interiors, ensuring that every detail — from orders and calendars to systems and invoices — runs seamlessly. Her exceptional attention to detail keeps projects on track, while her upbeat energy and quick wit bring warmth and laughter to the studio. Balancing precision with personality, Katie’s love of structure (and spreadsheets) keeps The Mix running efficiently.

Associate Designer
Peyton brings a passion for creating spaces that thoughtfully balance form and function. With a keen eye for design and a detail-oriented mindset, she plays a key role in supporting the team and bringing each project to life. Known for her warm and professional demeanor, Peyton excels at building strong, trusting relationships with clients — helping them feel heard, supported, and confident throughout every step of the design process.

Associate Designer
Emma is a graduate of Belmont University’s interior design program. Her formal training and innate sense of style make her a valuable addition to The Mix team. She expertly translates our hand renderings into CAD and approaches a variety of projects with confidence. Emma shares a passion for crafting spaces that feel both beautiful and livable. Her dedication to quality and collaborative spirit help bring each client’s vision to life with care and sophistication.
